We’ve been on our diet for 2 months now and we’re getting more of a comfort zone about it. … Because it’s just too hard to make sure things are gluten-free and because we’r e trying to limit our expenditures….I’ve written extensively on similar ideas in the past, but I feel like the GFCF diet has really propelled me to a level of carefulness that I haven’t always had in the past. … This is especially true with gluten-free starches and baking….
