The third step is to reduce your stress in every way possible. Stress is a huge contributor to poor health and disease. Simple things like not watching the news and breathing exercises can keep your stress levels down. Think positively throughout your day and be thankful for what you have. Reducing stress will slow down the outward aging process dramatically.
