Back pain can disrupt quality of life and if you have experienced this type of pain in any capacity, you know this is a true statement. Back pain can present itself in many different ways in different areas of your back.

Upper back pain typically centers around the shoulders and neck and can feel achy or sharp. Lower back pain is typically in hip area and can move to or affect other areas.

There is also the pelvic region where sciatica can radiate. This is a typical complaint during pregnancy where a shooting pain is felt all the way from the hip area to the toes. Pain can be reproduced with movement but can also still present itself without movement.
